Who are we?
The Bioprocess Group (BPG) is a workforce accelerator with a core mission to develop talent for the biopharmaceutical industry. BPG currently runs the Biotechnology Bootcamp (Biotech Bootcamp), which trains and places adults into biomanufacturing roles in the biopharmaceutical industry. We are based in Boston, Massachusetts.
How are we different?
BPG is different from traditional staffing companies in 2 ways:
1. We focuses exclusively on career opportunities in the biopharmaceutical and life sciences industry. Our staff understand the roles and possess broad industry network—we will help your application standout from the crowd and get your information to the decision makers.
2. We complement staffing services with education and training. Our advisors work 1 on 1 with each applicant—advisors review the application and lead workshops to strengthen your skills and experience. Workshop topics include biotechnology/biomanufacturing principles and hands-on experience with instrumentation. Our services also include resume review and mock interviews to fully prepare applicants for each stages of the interview process.
